Finnish Speaking Customer Support Consultant

About the role

Tieto Banktech is looking for a Finnish‑speaking Customer Support Consultant to join its Defence Centre team. You will handle cases related to financial crime prevention for end customers, ensuring high‑quality service across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage case handling in Tieto’s internal systems as well as customers’ systems.
• Continuously improve and develop the case‑management process.
• Provide customer contact via telephone, SMS and other channels.
• Develop and maintain departmental routines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and test new solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Well‑organized personal finances (credit check required).
• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality results.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
