Customer Care Specialist – Fixed‑Term (6‑7 months)

About the role

Join Ignitis Latvija as a Customer Care Specialist on a fixed‑term maternity cover contract. You will support the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by delivering high‑quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer care
• Handling a variety of pre‑sales and post‑sales service functions
• Assisting the sales team
• Answering customer inquiries and maintaining relationships
• Preparing documentation for public tenders
• Managing the invoicing process
• Managing debtor‑related processes

Required profile

• 2+ years of customer care experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Latvian and English
• Experience preparing documentation for public tenders (advantage)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
• Accurate, open‑minded, and responsible personality
