Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Shared Service Centre in Riga. The role will support the Group companies across Europe by delivering accurate financial reporting and controlling activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial and Group reports on a regular basis.
• Maintain the fixed‑asset ledger and ensure proper depreciation.
• Reconcile general‑ledger accounts and monitor internal controls.
• Validate and implement changes to master data.
• Participate in internal and external audit processes.
• Support other relevant tasks within the Controlling team.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control or a similar role.
• Ability to deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Strong involvement in processes and high attention to detail.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
