Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Shared Service Centre in Riga. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting the Group’s controlling activities in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial and Group reports.
• Maintain the fixed‑asset ledger.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and monitor internal controls.
• Prepare and validate changes of master data.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Support other relevant tasks within the Controlling team.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control.
• Ability to deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Strong involvement in processes and high analytical capability.
• Excellent English communication skills (written, spoken, reading).
• Effective time‑management and quick response to requests.
