Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Shared Service Centre in Riga. The role involves delivering accurate financial and group reporting while supporting internal controls and audits in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and group reports.
• Maintain the fixed‑asset ledger and reconcile general‑ledger accounts.
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance.
• Validate and update master data changes.
• Participate in internal and external audit activities.
• Support other tasks within the Controlling team as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in financial controlling.
• Ability to deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Strong involvement in processes and high analytical capability.
• Fluent English – written, spoken and reading.
