Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will support business performance across the Baltics by leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. Acting as a bridge between Finance, Operations, Sales and Corporate teams, you will provide insights that drive strategic decisions and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process for the Baltics region.
• Develop and maintain planning, budgeting and forecasting templates.
• Consolidate financial, operational and commercial data into management reports and performance insights.
• Analyse business performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and advise senior management.
• Prepare and deliver financial presentations for local, regional and corporate leadership.
• Support monthly forecasting and long‑term planning activities.
• Partner with Operations, Sales and other functions as a trusted finance advisor.
• Monitor KPIs, challenge variances and drive continuous improvement.
• Improve reporting processes, data quality and financial visibility.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Controllership teams to align performance and reporting.
• Support strategic projects and finance initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Experience in Financial Controlling, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, FP&A or similar.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience presenting financial insights to senior management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Salary up to €4,200 gross per month (€50,000 gross per year) depending on experience.
