Financial Controller for Global Enterprise Groups

About the role

Join the FP&A team at Circle K Business Centre in Riga as a Financial Controller for Global Enterprise Groups. You will be part of the Global Finance organization, supporting functions such as Marketing, Food, Merch, and Digital with accurate management accounting and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely management accounting and reporting for Global Enterprise Groups, including variance analysis versus business plan.
• Prepare accruals, adjustments and reclassifications to maintain correct P&L and drive corrective actions.
• Participate in the Business Plan process and facilitate OPEX budgeting for specific global functional groups.
• Partner with the global FP&A team to provide relevant financial information to stakeholders across Europe, Canada, America and India.
• Continuously improve the efficiency, reliability and integrity of management reporting processes.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and support projects as assigned.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in controlling, accounting, audit or a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluent English communication skills for collaboration with colleagues worldwide.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• General understanding of ERP systems.
