Finance Specialist – Billing Cards

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join the Billing Cards team at Circle K Business Centre in Riga. The role supports daily and periodic billing processes, handles ad‑hoc debit/credit entries and contributes to month‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer daily and periodic billing processes.
• Process ad‑hoc debit and credit billing transactions.
• Participate in month‑end closing according to the reporting schedule.
• Respond to customer queries related to billing.
• Carry out additional departmental tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Good understanding of financial processes.
• Strong analytical, organized and stress‑resistant personality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Improvement‑driven team player.
