Experienced Audit Consultant

About the role

Join EY’s Assurance team as an experienced audit consultant. You will work on diverse audit engagements, helping clients meet regulatory requirements while gaining insight into business performance across industries and countries.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate an understanding of each audit client’s business and industry.
• Interact with clients to collect data, set up and maintain audit files, and prepare leads.
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of audit engagements.
• Accurately document audit procedures and outcomes as defined by engagement objectives.
• Perform data and information analysis based on specific engagement needs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in external financial audit or a related accounting role.
• University degree (or final‑year student) in economics, finance, accounting, business or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Fluent in Latvian and English.
