Event Manager – International B2B Gaming Events

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to own the planning and delivery of our presence at international B2B gaming events and exhibitions. You will drive each event from concept through execution and post‑event analysis, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, venues and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all aspects of external events, from pre‑event coordination to on‑site logistics and post‑event analysis.
• Research and identify industry conferences, networking events and sponsorship opportunities aligned with company goals.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure event objectives support business strategies.
• Manage creation and distribution of event collateral, branded merchandise and marketing content.
• Organise exclusive client and partner events to strengthen key relationships.
• Evaluate event performance using key metrics and provide insights for future improvements.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Creative, adaptable and flexible mindset.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B event management experience, preferably in iGaming or tech.
