EMEA Regional Finance Business Partner

About the role

The EMEA Regional Finance Business Partner will support Cabot's Performance Chemicals segment within the Carbon and Silica Technologies business unit. Reporting to the Segment Finance Director, you will act as a trusted advisor to commercial and product management teams across Europe, turning complex data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast, analyze, and report monthly business results with a focus on contribution margin and working capital.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, providing financial insights on risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to regional business reviews and partner with leadership on financial and operational decisions.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the quality, efficiency, consistency, and automation of reporting, forecasting, and analytical activities.
• Coach and develop one direct report to ensure high‑quality analytical support for the European business.

Required profile

• Strong finance background with experience in business partnering within a multinational environment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive recommendations forward with limited guidance.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of structuring complex issues and presenting clear recommendations.
• Effective communication skills to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions.
