Communication Automation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Communication Automation Manager to join our Europe hub and design automated communication journeys across the customer lifecycle. The role focuses on building and scaling omni‑channel flows that boost conversion, retention, cross‑sell and win‑back while reducing manual effort and enhancing the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage omni‑channel communication setup (SMS, email, WhatsApp, Viber, push).
• Build, test, and optimise automated communication workflows and trigger‑based messages.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate and improve messaging systems.
• Ensure quality assurance, segmentation, delivery and continuous optimisation of campaigns.
• Design and manage automated customer lifecycle journeys for conversion, retention, upsell and win‑back.
• Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and run A/B tests.

Required profile

• Experience working with CRM or communication automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle communication.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Proven ability to run automated communication workflows.
• Collaborative attitude across technical and business teams.
