Document Management Specialist (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Join Luminor as a Document Management Specialist on a fixed‑term basis, covering a colleague’s maternity leave. You will ensure high‑quality document services across multiple functional areas while adhering to SLA requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide document archiving services, including preparation, retrieval from partners, and destruction coordination.
• Handle correspondence processing: receipt, registration, distribution and dispatch.
• Execute tasks according to defined process descriptions and resolve routine cases of low to medium complexity.
• Proactively plan, execute and monitor assignments while meeting quality standards, budget and Luminor values.
• Suggest improvements to work processes and client service quality.
• Collaborate with the team to boost performance and maintain confidentiality.

Required profile

• Strong desire to learn new tasks quickly and innovate.
• Attention to detail, high sense of responsibility and analytical thinking.
• Good planning and time‑management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of banking products, document types and processes.
• Interest in working in a structured, process‑driven environment.
• Proficiency in Latvian and English, both spoken and written.

What we offer

• Salary between 1,200 € and 1,400 € gross per month.
