Deputy Country Manager

About the role

Coral Club is looking for a dynamic Deputy Country Manager to lead its Latvian branch. The role combines strong sales focus with operational oversight, ensuring the branch runs smoothly while driving growth in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of at least five employees at the Latvian branch.
• Oversee daily operations, financial management and product accounting.
• Create favourable conditions for distributors, including product presentations and marketing promotions.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with regional distributors and support the distributor network.
• Analyse the regional market to identify growth opportunities and optimise internal processes.
• Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to align business objectives.
• Use statistical data and analytics to support strategic business decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar sales or operational leadership position.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least five people.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to make key decisions, solve problems and maintain a service‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian (English and Russian required for international communication).
• Demonstrated sales expertise and operational management experience.
