Data Analyst – Corporate Customer Base Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Corporate Customer Base Analysis department at Swedbank. You will support internal stakeholders by delivering regular and ad‑hoc reports, and help transition our reporting from manual Excel and IBM SPSS models to automated Power BI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular and ad‑hoc reports for internal business units.
• Drive the migration of reporting processes to Power BI, building backend structures and visualisations.
• Collaborate with business partners to map data across processes, track data flows and define new data definitions.
• Monitor changes in the customer base, usage patterns and product uptake to identify trends, threats and opportunities.
• Support the introduction and exploration of MPMX process‑mining within the corporate area.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, including backend structuring and visualisation creation.
• Ability to reverse‑engineer existing data flows and design new solutions based on business needs.
• Strong communication skills to clarify requirements and present complex findings clearly.
• Analytical mindset with a natural eye for patterns.
• Collaboration skills for independent work and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English and a good knowledge of at least one Baltic language.
