About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Customer Technical Services Analyst II to join the Dynamic Yield team in Latvia. The role focuses on delivering fast, accurate technical assistance to enterprise customers using the Dynamic Yield platform, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex technical issues, analyzing large data sets and debugging websites with Chrome DevTools.
• Conduct screen‑share sessions with top enterprise brands to guide them through platform usage.
• Prioritize and manage incoming tickets via chat and support portal.
• Participate in internal support initiatives and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong desire to help customers and ensure their satisfaction.
• Ability to think creatively and articulate technical solutions clearly.
• Curiosity and a passion for learning new technical solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with front‑end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience using Chrome DevTools for website debugging.
• Understanding of DOM structures and ability to read JavaScript code.
• Data analysis skills for interpreting large datasets.
