Customer Service Representative (Norwegian/English)

About the role

Join Transcom as a Customer Service Representative handling inquiries in Norwegian and English. You will work with emails, chat messages and phone calls, providing fast and accurate assistance to customers of well‑known brands.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer cases through the designated application platform.
• Respond to inquiries via email, chat and phone in a timely manner.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with client agreements.
• Document interactions and update internal systems accurately.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Norwegian and English.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, adaptability and a customer‑centric mindset.
