CSSC Front Line Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive CSSC Frontline Specialist to be the central point of contact between our Baltic customers and internal teams. You will manage customer orders, resolve inquiries, and ensure seamless coordination across sales, supply chain, finance, and distribution to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer order changes, lead times, shipping conditions, cancellations, and order processing in SAP and C4C.
• Act as the central coordination hub between customers, external sales, distribution centers, plants, finance, and service teams.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and invoice disputes, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Provide quotations, pricing, delivery information, and basic technical advice.
• Support local reporting requirements and backfill colleagues across Baltic countries during absences.
• Promote and support digital customer platforms, including Extranet and e‑platforms.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of customer service experience with order processing and logistics coordination.
• Fluent in Latvian and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP and C4C (or similar).
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
