Content Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Editorial

About the role

Join Moller Auto’s Marketing & Communications team as a Content Marketing Specialist. You will shape the brand’s voice across multiple social platforms, create engaging editorial content, and support business growth through strategic storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Build and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with the overall marketing plan, ensuring timely delivery of content.
• Lead content initiatives, including written articles, video productions and photo shoots, to meet business objectives.
• Edit, proofread and continuously improve all published material.
• Drive traffic and engagement that boost sales and strengthen brand awareness.
• Measure performance, analyse social media metrics and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Identify the most effective content formats for each platform.
• Design creative marketing actions to support local events and PR activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Marketing Specialist with copywriting, design, photoshoot and video‑content creation.
• Ability to anticipate audience preferences and adopt an editorial mindset.
• Experience building and engaging online communities on social media.
• Data‑driven, analytical approach with proficiency in social media analytics tools.
• Strong time‑management, interpersonal and communication skills in Latvian and English.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
