Consultant Master Data

About the role

Join Circle K Business Centre in Riga as a Consultant Master Data, responsible for maintaining and improving fuel product master data across the European market. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure data quality, support users, and drive successful implementation of the data platform.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain fuel product master data setups in the ERP system.
• Ensure data quality and completeness according to internal policies and deadlines.
• Lead business implementation of the data platform and act as the main contact for product setup and re‑branding.
• Investigate and resolve daily interface errors, providing root‑cause analysis and escalation when needed.
• Support users, perform process testing, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on operational projects.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose process improvements, standardisation, automation and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between Analytics, Finance, Risk Management, Supply & Trading, and IT departments.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Accounting, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with business processes, IT system integration and data flow.
• Experience with Microsoft business suite software and other industry applications.
• Knowledge of accounting or trading systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and fluency in written and spoken English.
