Cloud Partner Manager

About the role

Promise Group, a leading Microsoft partner in Central and Eastern Europe, is looking for a Cloud Partner Manager to strengthen its partner ecosystem. You will work closely with existing partners to grow their cloud business and drive revenue for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with current partners.
• Develop partner engagement strategies and increase revenue from the existing portfolio.
• Understand partners’ business needs and support them in expanding their customer base.
• Implement sales plans aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Manage contract renewals and commercial renegotiations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and commercial offers.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within the partner base.
• Monitor market trends and help partners position technological solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality partner experience and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT or technology solutions.
• Experience in account, partner, or customer‑success management.
• Good understanding of sales processes and basic negotiation techniques.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and long‑term business relationships.
• Fluency in Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian and English (minimum B2 level).
• Knowledge of Microsoft services and products is a plus.
