Clinical Specialist / Stroke Rater – Hungarian Speaking

About the role

The Clinical Specialist supports stroke clinical trials by administering validated assessments and ensuring data quality. This remote, part‑time role focuses on rating patients using the EQ‑5D‑5L and mRS scales and reviewing work performed by other raters to maintain protocol compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer stroke‑specific scales (EQ‑5D‑5L and mRS) to trial participants.
• Review and evaluate assessments conducted by other raters for accuracy and protocol adherence.
• Provide live feedback to raters on scoring techniques and methodology.
• Participate in training, orientation, and calibration sessions to maintain certification and consistency.
• Prepare for rater discussions by reviewing case data and relevant documentation.
• Complete scheduled rater interactions and submit required documentation promptly.
• Assist with mock interviews and functional assessments of rater performance as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Medicine, Neurology, Psychology, or a related field; MD, DO, or PhD preferred.
• At least one year of clinical experience with stroke patients.
• Prior experience administering stroke‑related rating scales in clinical trials.

Required skills

• Proficiency in administering the EQ‑5D‑5L and mRS scales.
