Client Consultant – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Consultant to join our customer centre. You will interact directly with clients, provide advice and actively promote our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients and drive sales through personalized recommendations.
• Work with various databases and documentation to retrieve and update client information.
• Maintain order and efficiency within the client centre.
• Travel to other client service centres in Riga when needed to provide coverage.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education and a strong desire to learn.
• Interest in mobile technologies and willingness to stay updated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade.
• Availability to travel to other centres in Riga when required.
• Previous experience in client‑facing roles is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with mobile technology.
