Catering Quality Assurance Manager – Military Base (Latvia)

About the role

FEPS GmbH, a fast‑growing construction and infrastructure company, is seeking a dedicated Catering Quality Assurance Manager to oversee food safety and quality at a military base in Latvia. You will ensure that all catering operations comply with NATO, NSPA, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the FEPS Quality Assurance system on site in line with NATO/NSPA requirements.
• Apply HACCP principles and ISO 22000 standards across all catering activities.
• Oversee temperature control logs, food sampling, cleaning, pest control, audits, NCRs, and training.
• Maintain inspection readiness and QA documentation within the Document Management System (DMS).
• Coordinate audits and inspections with the Corporate QA Director and analyse findings.
• Prepare regular QA status reports for senior management and conduct daily briefings on hygiene risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in food service or catering Quality Assurance/Control.
• Experience with military customers is a plus.
• Valid HACCP training and strong knowledge of ISO 22000.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and make decisions.
• Passport from a NATO country and eligibility to work in the EU.
• Clean police record.
