Business Analyst – Finance Department

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Business Analyst to join our Finance Department at MADARA Cosmetics in Riga. You will play a key part in supporting growth by turning financial data into actionable insights and helping the company achieve its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.
• Perform detailed actual‑vs‑budget variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and business cases in collaboration with sales teams.
• Update monthly sales forecasts together with sales and marketing departments.
• Present financial data with a focus on accuracy and transparency.
• Suggest improvements for data analysis processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business or financial data analysis.
• Knowledge of business process analysis methods and problem‑solving techniques.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, precision and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems.
