Brand & Customer Manager – Vaccines (Baltics)

About the role

As the Brand & Customer Manager for Vaccines in the Baltics, you will shape and execute brand and customer strategies that drive sustainable growth of the vaccine portfolio across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The role focuses on HPV strategy, customer activation and improving vaccination coverage while supporting broader portfolio priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the vaccines brand and customer strategy, with primary focus on HPV and vaccination coverage improvement.
• Analyse market, customer, competitor and trend data to define clear priorities and actions.
• Design and deliver customer activation initiatives that increase vaccination uptake in priority cohorts.
• Plan and coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring aligned priorities, disciplined follow‑up and connection to regional strategy.
• Develop annual plans, manage budgets and resources, and ensure timely delivery of agreed tactics.
• Partner with the B2B Strategic Partnership Manager to align brand priorities with partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and other functions for coordinated promotional and non‑promotional activities.
• Explore, test and scale digital solutions and innovative engagement approaches to improve vaccination uptake.
• Build effective relationships with healthcare professionals, organisations and stakeholders across the three Baltic countries.
• Operate with high ethical standards and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in marketing, customer engagement, public health, healthcare ecosystems or project management within pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Ability to lead projects and cross‑functional teams.
