BIM Coordinator

About the role

The BIM Coordinator will be the primary BIM contact for the regional management team, ensuring model compliance, coordinating technical and spatial issues, and keeping as‑built BIM data accurate throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project’s BIM Execution Plan and verify that BIM deliverables meet required standards.
• Liaise with the BIM Manager, designers, and construction teams to keep models and data on schedule.
• Run clash detection and coordination checks, manage the resolution process, and flag design, coordination, and constructability risks early.
• Keep as‑built BIM models accurate and up to date.
• Organise BIM coordination meetings and provide training to the project team.
• Support the BIM Manager with RFIs, reports, and day‑to‑day BIM administration.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Construction.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a BIM Manager/Coordinator role, with proven project management in Latvia.
• Knowledge of Latvian construction regulations and health & safety standards.
• Proficiency in Latvian and English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
