Bilingual Public Relations Specialist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Public Relations specialist to train and evaluate AI chat‑bots in both Russian and English. The role is fully remote and contract‑based, allowing you to work from your own computer on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct realistic conversations with AI chat‑bots in Russian and English to assess their linguistic performance.
• Write original bilingual dialogues that teach the models appropriate responses.
• Provide diverse and complex bilingual tasks to the bots and evaluate the quality of their outputs for correctness and overall performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Russian with expert‑level writing, editing and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to judge nuanced language differences.
• Current, in‑progress or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must reside in Latvia and be able to work independently as a contractor.
