Bid Manager – International Procurement & Tender Specialist

About the role

The client is a technology‑driven company specializing in custom IT system development, complex integrations and data exchange platforms. They are looking for an independent, highly structured professional to manage the full international bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to high‑quality proposal submission.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor procurement and tender opportunities from the UN, NATO, European Commission and selected Baltic countries.
• Evaluate tenders for eligibility, compliance, qualification criteria, competitive positioning, risks, deadlines and commercial potential.
• Analyse tender documentation to extract mandatory requirements, evaluation criteria, risks and gaps.
• Coordinate internal technical, sales, partner, and vendor teams throughout the bid process.
• Prepare and review proposal documents, compliance matrices, clarification questions, references and all required submission materials.
• Ensure complete and timely submission of proposals.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate document analysis, proposal preparation and quality reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bid management, tender management or proposal development.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Self‑driven, proactive and accountable for results.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
