B2B Sales Specialist – International Freight Forwarding

About the role

BETWEEN is seeking a proactive B2B Sales Specialist to expand its freight forwarding business in the Ukrainian market. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients and promoting multimodal logistics solutions that connect Asia, Rotterdam, and Ukraine.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers in Ukraine for international freight forwarding services.
• Advise prospects on sea freight, road transport, and warehousing options that match their needs.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and follow‑up activities using the company’s database.
• Transfer newly won accounts to the Operations team for seamless execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support growth and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in freight forwarding or multimodal transportation.
• Proven B2B sales track record with new client acquisition.
• Good understanding of sea freight processes.
• Experience working with clients in Ukraine or Eastern Europe.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑driven, confident in cold calling and building relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and accurate data entry.
