About the role
Clarity is launching a full‑time Bootcamp designed for young adults on the autism spectrum who want to start a career in IT. Participants will receive structured, hands‑on training in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Attend daily training sessions covering software development fundamentals.
- Work on practical coding exercises and small projects.
- Collaborate with mentors and peers to solve real‑world problems.
- Participate in regular progress reviews and feedback meetings.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old.
- Basic knowledge or initial experience in software development or programming.
- Genuine interest in the IT industry and a desire to build a long‑term career.
- Motivation to learn new technologies and continuously develop skills.
- Basic English language skills (preferred).
