About the role

PwC Latvia is looking for an experienced professional to lead its Audit Department. You will shape audit strategy, drive business growth and support a high‑performing team in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement audit strategies and annual plans.
• Mentor and develop department staff, fostering continuous professional growth.
• Acquire new clients and maintain long‑term relationships with existing ones.
• Lead and coordinate department activities and drive initiative implementation.
• Ensure delivery of financial and business objectives.
• Collaborate with teams and clients both in Latvia and abroad.

Required profile

• Management experience in finance or audit.
• Practical audit experience.
• Progress towards ACCA or LZRA qualification.
• Fluent Latvian and strong English for an international setting.
• Analytical mindset, precision and strong attention to detail.
• Motivation for personal and professional development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
