Audit Consultant

About the role

Join EY's Assurance team as an Audit Consultant, supporting a variety of audit engagements across multiple industries. You will develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses while contributing to high‑quality audit delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the audit client’s business and industry.
• Interact with clients to collect data, set up and maintain audit files.
• Support planning, execution, and delivery of assurance engagements.
• Document audit procedures accurately in line with engagement objectives.
• Perform data and information analysis on various audit projects.

Required profile

• Strong motivation to build finance and accounting expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong academic record – university degree or final‑year student in economics, finance, accounting or related field.
• Fluent spoken and written Latvian and English.
• Availability to work full‑time or 70% workload.
