About the role

We are seeking a reliable security guard to work at the Ķīpsala area, ensuring safety and monitoring of the premises across various shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence during assigned hours.
• Monitor entry and exit points, patrol designated zones, and report any incidents.
• Handle access control and respond to alarms or emergencies promptly.
• Complete daily and shift reports using basic computer tools.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold safety standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent Latvian language skills.
• Valid security guard certification.
• Basic computer literacy (user‑level).

What we offer

• Hourly gross wage of 5.50 EUR.
• Shift schedule: weekdays 13:00‑22:30, weekends 08:00‑22:30.
• Bonus card after probation, valued between 75‑140 EUR for meals in Latvia.
