About the role

We are looking for an analytical department analyst specialized in anti‑money‑laundering (AML) to join our compliance team. The role involves monitoring client activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the development of internal AML policies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement client research and transaction monitoring quality‑control measures.
• Maintain and develop internal regulations for AML and sanctions risk management.
• Organise and lead employee training programmes in AML and sanctions risk.
• Coordinate AML process improvement and IT system development projects.
• Plan and organise the work of the control committee.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, finance or law.
• Experience in the financial sector, preferably in AML or related risk management.
• Strong accuracy, time‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Motivation to continuously grow and achieve high results.
• Good command of Latvian and English to interpret international financial regulations.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formatting and formula‑based calculations.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
