Content Marketing Associate

About the role

The Global Digital Hub, part of Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest, strengthens Roche's digital capabilities through social media management, brand support, digital publishing, marketing automation, copywriting and creative design. The Content Marketing Associate owns the marketing content produced by Solution Marketing and its affiliates, from brief to approved release, covering customer presentations, sell sheets, sales playbooks, campaign content, brand and retail content and enterprise marketing content. The role works autonomously with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead marketing assets from intake through drafting, adaptation and approved release, delivering high-quality content.
• Turn complex scientific and technical product information into clear, accurate commercial collateral such as customer presentations, sales playbooks and multi-channel campaign assets.
• Coordinate materials through medical-legal and regulatory reviews (e.g. Veeva Vault PromoMats) and keep audit-ready approval records.
• Create tailored B2B assets for clinical, laboratory and enterprise decision-makers, or adapt brand and retail assets for consumer healthcare channels.
• Sequence deliverables independently across concurrent initiatives, improve templates and standard operating procedures, and mentor colleagues on quality, review processes and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience (ideally 1-5 years) producing B2B marketing collateral, multi-channel campaigns or sales enablement materials, preferably in a regulated industry such as healthcare, medical technology, diagnostics or life sciences.
• Experience managing content through formal review and approval platforms such as Veeva Vault.
• Fluent English and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• A self-starter who balances several priorities with organisation and attention to detail.
