Accounts Payable Accountant (M/F)

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant (M/F) to join our Shared Service Centre in Riga. The role involves managing the AP workflow, processing invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure accuracy of AP workflow approvals.
• Process AP invoices, including booking, payments, vendor and inter‑company reconciliations, and period closures.
• Resolve supplier invoice discrepancies and support auditors with required documentation.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors, sales companies, and SSC departments, handling payment‑related inquiries.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Finance or Accounting, or current studies in the field.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and self‑driven time‑management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and English language skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and collaborate with remote supervision.
