Solution Architect – ERP Migration (SAP to D365)

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the technical integration architecture for migrating ERP processes from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain. You will ensure seamless data and process flow between D365 and all connected systems while working remotely from anywhere in Latvia or from our Riga office.

Key responsibilities

• Design ERP‑focused integration architecture linking SAP, D365 F&O, WMS, procurement, finance apps, BI, logistics partners and master‑data platforms.
• Define integration patterns such as batch, real‑time APIs, message queues and EDI.
• Lead SAP‑to‑D365 mapping for master data, transactional data and financial postings.
• Collaborate with finance and supply‑chain teams to translate business processes into integration requirements.
• Provide detailed integration specifications (interfaces, payloads, contracts) for developers.
• Govern middleware usage across Azure Integration Services, Data Factory and Logic Apps.
• Ensure integrations meet performance, security and compliance standards.
• Lead integration testing including SIT, regression and cut‑over validation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in data migration, integration and solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP ERP.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, Data Factory and Logic Apps.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
