About the role

The Secret Shopper role with DIVE Group involves visiting retail, banking, pharmacy or other customer‑facing locations across Latvia and evaluating the quality of service as an ordinary customer. You will complete a short questionnaire online after each visit and receive payment based on the complexity of the task.

Key responsibilities

• Perform discreet visits to assigned businesses acting as a regular client.
• Ask predefined questions or request assistance to test staff responsiveness.
• Assess the service experience against clear criteria.
• Fill out an online evaluation form and provide a brief written report.
• Coordinate with project coordinators for task allocation and feedback.

Required profile

• Honest, detail‑oriented and reliable.
• Good written and spoken Latvian.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, responsible and capable of planning your own schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use the Dive Online system.
