Site Reliability Engineer (Remote – Latvia)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with developers, security, quality and operations teams to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable and efficient, delivering seamless experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with development, security, quality and operations teams to implement SRE practices.
• Define and maintain service reliability, availability and performance targets.
• Design and deliver cloud‑based solutions tailored to client needs.
• Troubleshoot, mitigate and resolve infrastructure and application issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain monitoring systems for infrastructure and application reliability.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to engineering teams and management stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Hands‑on experience implementing SRE practices such as SLO/SLI, error budgets, post‑mortems, capacity planning and incident management.
• Strong scripting/programming skills (Python or equivalent).
• Solid background in monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code, configuration management and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
