Senior/Lead SAP Logistics VIM Consultant – Coupa Expertise

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead SAP Logistics VIM Consultant with deep Coupa expertise to drive key Coupa implementation projects, integrate them with SAP S/4HANA and manage enterprise procurement and invoicing solutions. The role offers the chance to lead technical initiatives, improve processes and ensure stable performance of critical systems, while working remotely from anywhere in Latvia or collaborating with the Riga office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Coupa projects, including instance consolidation, design, execution, testing and hyper‑care.
• Own the technical stability, performance and business alignment of the existing Coupa landscape.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, troubleshoot complex platform issues and manage incident resolution.
• Coordinate Coupa software updates, upgrades and integrations with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Continuously evaluate the Coupa solution, identify improvement opportunities and drive technical roll‑outs of enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Coupa implementation and support experience (Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, SIM).
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of integration points between Coupa and SAP S/4HANA, especially SAP FI and MM.
• Proven experience with Coupa integrations such as cXML, API and flat‑file methods.
• Several years in IT consultancy or application management with a track record of owning enterprise‑level solutions.
• Excellent ownership mindset and project‑management capabilities, able to lead technical discussions with business users, project managers and architects.
