Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant to lead the design and delivery of complex financial solutions for our clients. The role involves translating detailed business requirements into scalable D365 Finance implementations, guiding projects through full lifecycles, and ensuring long‑term system adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, perform fit‑gap analysis and map requirements to standard D365 Finance capabilities.
• Author functional design documents, process flowcharts and technical specifications for developers.
• Provide functional governance for multi‑currency, multi‑entity and multi‑GAAP environments.
• Execute core finance processes such as Record‑to‑Report, Acquire‑to‑Dispose, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Management and Cash & Bank Management.
• Drive budgeting, financial planning, tax management and localizations across engagements.
• Design and oversee data migration using the Data Management Framework.
• Manage SIT, UAT, cut‑over planning and post‑go‑live hyper‑care support.
• Define Segregation of Duties rules, custom security roles and internal control frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing ERP financial modules, with at least two full‑lifecycle D365 Finance (F&O) projects.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, financial consolidation and asset accounting.
• Proficiency in procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash and cost accounting processes.
• Experience with tax localization across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification (MB‑310) preferred.
