Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer to turn real customer problems in the short‑term rental industry into intuitive, reliable software. You will work closely with founders, designers, and property‑manager operators to identify high‑impact problems, build end‑to‑end solutions, and iterate based on user feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Understand property‑manager workflows, identify friction points, and define which problems to solve.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy full‑stack features, operational dashboards, automation engines, and AI‑powered workflows.
• Build event‑driven automation that reduces manual tasks such as cleaning scheduling, guest communication, and owner reporting.
• Create and maintain reliable APIs and integrations with platforms like Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and Google.

Required profile

• Strong experience shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about user needs and willingness to work directly with customers.
• Ability to work independently, own outcomes, and iterate quickly.
• Interest in AI, automation, and operational efficiency.
