Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. We need a Product Engineer who can turn real customer problems into reliable, intuitive software, working closely with founders, designers and operators.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer problems by working directly with property managers and internal teams.
• Build end‑to‑end features, from prototype through frontend, backend, integrations, testing and deployment.
• Create intuitive user experiences in collaboration with designers.
• Develop event‑driven automations that eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Implement AI‑powered workflows using LLMs and AI agents.
• Design and maintain reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Measure product impact using customer feedback and usage data, iterating to improve performance.
• Make technical decisions that balance speed, maintainability, security and scalability.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and shipping production software.
• Ability to work across both frontend and backend systems.
• Comfort interacting directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Self‑driven, able to own outcomes and work independently.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency.
