Pricing Analyst - Motor Product

About the role

Join the Motor Products team in Riga as a Pricing Analyst, where you will use data‑driven insights to shape fair, competitive, and sustainable insurance pricing. This role is ideal for a curious, analytical professional eager to grow in insurance pricing with support from experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and changes in motor insurance product performance.
• Support pricing decisions by preparing analyses, insights, and recommendations for product managers and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate insurance premiums to ensure they are sufficient, competitive, and aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to improving pricing methods, tools, and reports together with senior team members.
• Participate in analytical projects and collaborate with colleagues across the Baltics.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in numbers, data, and analytical problem‑solving.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, data analytics, IT, finance, or a similar field.
• Motivation to learn, take initiative, and grow step by step into more complex pricing tasks.
• Proactive, responsible, and results‑oriented working style.
• Fluent Latvian and very good English communication skills.

Required skills

• Good MS Excel skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of SQL.
• Interest or experience with Power BI.
• Interest or experience with Python.
