About the role

Join a dynamic store team as a Sales Consultant, working part‑time (approximately 20 hours per week) to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will greet visitors, guide them through the store, and help them find the right products while showcasing the brand’s collection.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing personalized fashion advice.
• Maintain an organized, well‑stocked, and visually appealing sales floor and back‑room.
• Execute opening and closing routines, ensuring store readiness.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to share best practices and achieve store targets.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for fashion and a desire to help customers make informed choices.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and curiosity about store technologies.
• Flexibility, teamwork orientation, and a proactive attitude.
