About the role

We are seeking a Department Manager (T/C Domina) for our Riga store. You will inspire and support a diverse team, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure every customer enjoys a premium shopping experience while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the department team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain visual and operational standards.
• Analyze sales results, identify improvement opportunities, set targets and develop action plans to optimise store performance, profit and inventory levels.
• Plan staff schedules, manage opening and closing routines, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new colleagues, promoting a collaborative and growth‑focused environment.
• Monitor fashion trends, customer preferences and competitor activity to keep the store competitive.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other store teams to share best practices and achieve collective success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in store management and overseeing sales processes.
• Experience planning, analysing and reviewing sales performance using customer‑oriented tools and reports.
• Strong, courageous leader who inspires and develops the team while embodying company values.
• Effective communicator, creative, curious and comfortable working in a dynamic, solution‑focused environment.
• Passion for fashion and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Analytical, flexible, results‑oriented and comfortable working with statistical data.
