About the role
We are looking for an IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team in Riga. You will run sprints, clear blockers and keep delivery on track while collaborating with a UX/UI focused team handling global content operations for international enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities
- Run sprints and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify and remove blockers, coordinating with UX/UI designers and global content operations.
Required profile
- Real Scrum experience (beyond certification).
- Strong communication skills with both developers and clients.
- Comfortable using Jira, Confluence and MS Teams.
