About the role

Join Concentrix as a Danish‑speaking Customer Support Specialist in the travel sector. You will assist customers with airline, rail, and hotel bookings, ensuring a smooth journey from start to finish. The position can be performed from home or from our Riga office, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service via phone and email.
• Provide accurate information on new bookings, re‑bookings, cancellations, and related travel options.
• Assist with air, rail, and hotel reservations, addressing any issues that arise.
• Identify personalized solutions to guarantee a seamless travel experience for each customer.

Required profile

• Fluent Danish language skills.
• Strong command of English.
• Flexible, dynamic attitude and a willingness to adapt to varying customer needs.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Danish and English.

• Gross salary of €1,800 during probation and €1,947 after probation.
