About the role

Moller Auto is looking for a Service Customer Consultant to join its service team at the airport location. You will be the first point of contact for incoming service calls, helping customers schedule appointments and promoting additional services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality telephone support to customers.
• Plan and book service appointments for Moller Auto dealer centres.
• Offer customers additional services and upsell where appropriate.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a desire to help people.
• Ability to plan and organise your own workload.
• Basic technical knowledge of automobiles.
• Good command of Latvian and English.
